Absolutely fantastic car that gives you superbe driving pleasure but surely not the right car for a collector or someone who is looking for a ” virgin “.
This is the right car for a fan of pure driving experiences or an ” old school ” hobby motorsport guy. Perfect car for track days, classic car events, german “Youngtimer Trophy” racing or ” just for fun ” as a car for country roads or driving pass roads in the alps.
This Porsche 964 RS was delivered new in maritim blue as a normal 964 RS “M 001” at MIZWA in Japan as an official “C08” japanese model.
After a damage on a track day in japan back in 2005 the car was sold to Freisinger in Karlsruhe / Germany via SPEX Japan. It was imported to Germany and was rebuild to the special wishes of a french customer of Freisinger especially for driver trainings & track day use etc. Due to a change of the french law that restricted cars with a welded in rollcage from being road registered, this car could not be road registered anymore in france due to its modifications. Freisinger kept the car and has build another 964 RS with bold on cage for his french customer.
This car has a welded in MATTER rollcage ( just like 964 RS Clubsport or 964 Cup ), original 964 CUP suspension ( top mounts, shocks, springs ), aluminium front bonnet and super rare aluminium front fenders, rare and light steel doors of a 964 Cup without side impact bar, 964 RS thin glas ” 1057 “, manuell RS steering rack, 3,6 L RS-Motor with ” hot wire ” and ca. 300 HP, brake system like 964 RS 3.8, N-GT exhaust by Cargraphic, RECARO bucket seats of a 964 RS 3.8 Clubsport, harness belts, solid engine mounts of a 964 Cup and hard rubber bushed as 964 RS in all other suspension parts. Original 18″ Speedline wheels in 8 und 9,5 x 18 from the Carrera Cup 1992/1993.
In 2007 my old company H&S Automobile bought the car with 48.000 km of Freisinger and sold it to friends in the UK.
2007 – 2017 the car stayed with my friends in UK and was used for track days and “fun rides”.
In 2017 i bought the car back with 65.000 km, registered the car back in germany and used it for 3 track days ( Biester Berg, Nürburgring )
Now the car has done 67800 km.
After Freisinger hat total rebuild the car in 2006 the car was always very well maintained regardless to costs by my friends in the UK as well as by me. We have folder full of documentary of services as well as dyne reports and leak down test etc.
