Porsche 964 Speedster with manual 5-speed gearbox, as well as the rare RS – interior spec. The car has several nice options like : 220 – limited slip differential, 573 – air-condition, 384 & 385 – bucket seats typ RS, 433 – sport steering wheel, 481 – 5 speed manual gearbox.
This car was ordered for Porsche Sweden and was delivered on June 14th in 1993 as the show & exhibition car for Porsche Sweden (Autoriserad av, Porsche AG, PSE Sverige AB) and stayed in Sweden until late summer 1993.
The Porsche AG sold the car in late autumn 1993, via a German Porsche dealer, with less than 4000 km to the one and only registered German keeper.
The Speedster stayed with this gentleman until 2014. During that period the Porsche Center Saarland serviced the car from 1994 until 1999 and SWS Sports Cars did service it from 2000 until 2013.
In summer 2014 the car was sold to a private German collection and since it was basically not driven anymore. Anyhow, the car was serviced 3 times at Porsche Center Giessen 3 times even that it did less than 500 km from 2014 until 2022.
We now bought the car of the collector with just 34.900 km (21411 miles).
Porsche Zentrum Münster carried out a big service & additional work for us in December 2022. Even that the car had done only 34900 km we had the 40 k km service and the additional work of a 80 k km service done to make sure everything is 100% and to avoid problems from the many years of almost no use in the collection. We believe that after almost 30 years some parts should be renewed to make sure everything works as good as it should and to get maximum pleasure out of using & driving the car. At the same time 4 new MICHELIN tires were fitted as well.
The 964 Speedster is now ready for its future owner, no matter if his intension is driving or collecting.
A 964 Speedster in such a good condition and with such a nice spec. is very, very difficult to find these days. Many of the just 930 cars where build with TIPTRONIC gearbox, most with a Standart interior and several as RHD examples.
The low miles are very well documented and 17 services which where carried out from 1993 until 2022 underline the quality of the car. Recently over 5000,- Euro were invested to service the car A-Z at Porsche to make sure all is “top class” !
The car comes with all books (some in Swedish and in German language ), the original service book with 17 stamped services, all 3 keys & key code card, tools, jack, air compressor etc.
This car is available on the original 17″ Cup design wheels as well as on a set of 18″ Speedline wheels in 8 & 9,5.
Recently the car taken on a summer event tour in Italy and did 1.500 km ! A perfect drive, top class handling, smooth and sporty.
